0-5K Remote Running Programme
Our successful training programme is for anyone who has either not run for a while or has limited previous running experience and wants to be able to run 5K in 8 weeks!
This is a remote run/walk to continuous running programme. Each participant will receive weekly emails detailing the weekly training plan, tips and tricks around nutrition and motivation as well as showing you the techniques you need to run up to 5K and beyond, efficiently and pain free.
At the end of the 8 week programme you be confident of taking part in a 5K run. For a list of events taking place in your area, please visit www.runireland.com/events.
