Bodyweight Blast – Thursdays 8:00am – 8:30am
Our signature beginner’s class focus fully on using your own bodyweight for resistance. Your instructor will take you through a wide variety of bodyweight exercises. The focus in this class is on learning proper technique so that a base of knowledge can be established and built upon. Participants can learn from an expert in the area. Experienced trainers can also learn a thing or two in our BB class. Class duration is 30 minutes approx. and is a worthwhile experience for trainers new and old.
