0-5K Remote Running Programme
Our 0-5K Programme is for anyone who has either not run for a while or has limited previous running experience and wants to be able to run 5K in 8 weeks!
This online programme, is a run/walk to continuous running programme. Over the course of 8 weeks you will receive weekly training plans as well as tips and tricks around nutrition and motivation. We will also show you the techniques you need to run 5K efficiently and pain free.
At the end of the 8 week programme you will be confident of taking part in a 5K run. For a list of events taking place in your area, please visit www.runireland.com/events.
