Increase your activity levels with this fun and challenging class! This class mixes a wide variety of different activities to maximise fun and get a sweat going. Each class is divided into three parts, a vigorous warm up encompassing running, jumping, catching, passing and dynamic movements. Next, an exercise portion utilising a circuit of exercises that change week to week. Finally a conditioning portion where improving cardiovascular fitness is the goal.


Who: Fitness Instructor, NAME will deliver these classes.

When: The classes will commence on DATE at TIME, and will run for 6/9 weeks.
