From time to time, some of us may experience stress at work. When reflecting on the amount of time we spend at work in our lives, it is to be expected that difficulties can be encountered along the way. This webinar aims to provide an understanding of how we typically react to these challenges and draws on issues relating to work-life balance and positive psychology as a means of better managing today's fast-paced work environment by addressing issues you can control in order to function more effectively both in and out of the workplace.
