On your marks!10K Running Programme

Are you new to running, just an occasional runner or are looking to smash your PB? Whatever your level of running ability, this supervised 12 week programme will have you in shape and ready to complete a 10K run.

This fun & engaging training programme is targeted towards runners of all levels, including those who may have experienced injury in the past, as well as those who have not run before.

There are different stages at which you can feed into the training programme ensuring it is appropriate to your ability. So for example, if you are a novice, you will train from week 1 for the duration of the programme. If you can run for 20 minutes, you will join the programme a few weeks in.  

In addition to a weekly training plan, we will have a running coach onsite each week to ensure results. Our programme will be as much about efficient & pain free running through good technique as it is on the training programme. 

Programme Structure

The weekly sessions will be held each Wednesday and Friday beginning Wednesday March 23rd at 17:30 each day.


Registrations are offered on a first come first served basis. We want all participants to get the best out of this training programme so to help us understand your level of running experience and choose the best stage for you to join, please select from one of the following options:

o I am a Total Beginner 

If you are starting as a complete beginner, you will train twice a week for the first 6 weeks and move to once a week for the last 6 weeks.

o I can run for 20 minutes

If you are starting on week three, you will train twice a week for three weeks and then move to once a week for the last 6 weeks.

o I can run 5K in 30 minutes 

If you join us on week 6, you will train once a week for the remaining 6 weeks.


Once registration has closed, all successful participants will receive an email confirming their registration as well as the information on what week you will join the run programme. You will receive your weekly email from the selected start date.

When: The programme begins on Wednesday March 23rd. However, we will be in contact with you regarding your personal start date for the programme.
