More and more people are working odd hours whether it’s in hospitality, the medical industry, finance, IT  or manufacturing production. Working at night or doing shift work can have its pit falls, one of them being a bad diet involving foods such as fast food, snacks from local shops or vending machines. That is why shift workers can sometimes tend towards being overweight.

If you eat right during your shift work hours then you can combat tiredness, weight issues and settle in to a healthy sleep cycle. In this webinar we will equip you with the knowledge to help achieve this and keep living a healthy life and how that can be introduced into an unconventional working day.
