Flex Friday – Friday Afternoons 1:00pm – 1:30pm
One for everyone focusing on the beach muscles and setting us up nicely for the weekend. Your trainer will take you through a wide variety of exercises targeting the chest, arms and back mainly. Utilising a wide variety of equipment including dumbbells, barbells and bodyweight exercises. Every week is different and every week’s class is challenging. Get a good swell for the weekend!
