I Commit

I Commit is an innovative online e-learning programme to encourage you to improve your physical or mental health. Our expert team of Psychologists, Dietitians, Nutritionists, Financial Experts and Fitness Instructors will help you achieve your targets with expert interactive advice delivered through a variety of different online tools.

This is an innovative new programme designed to encourage employees to make a Wellness commitment that will improve their physical or mental health.

Programme Type:

I Commit includes 8 weeks of:
• High quality, step by step and on demand e-learning videos giving you the expert’s insights into completing your commitment.
• 3 live and interactive webinars allowing you to ask questions and put the experts on the spot.
• All the eBooks, blogs, How to Guides and worksheets you could need to keep you on course.

How Will I Commit Work?

You will be invited to choose 1 of 10 Commitments ranging from ‘to quit smoking’ all the way through to ‘starting to exercise’ or improving your ‘mindfulness’.

We believe that we can encourage you to commit to a healthier lifestyle, be it physically, mentally or emotionally, by providing you with the correct tools, resources and information to achieve it. The 8 week programme is full of e-learning videos, live videos with our Wellness Experts, eBooks, How to Guides & Worksheets.

We will guide participants every step of the way to help them achieve lasting behavioural change.

Our wide panel of Wellness Experts are leaders in their fields. We have a team of Psychologists, Dietitians, Nutritionists, Fitness Instructors, Sleep Technicians, Parenting experts and Financial Advisor's who have been carefully selected to deliver each module.

Quit Smoking

Many smokers may have tried to quit in the past and might be worried that despite their best intentions, they may not be able to quit. Our programme will show you that you can quit and that you don’t have to be alone. Our smoking cessation programme has been hugely successful and we will be with you every step of the way

Positive Attitude

Positive emotions - like joy, gratitude, and contentment create an 'upward spiral', helping to build our resources. So although we need to be realistic about life's ups and downs, it helps to focus on the good aspects of any situation - the glass half full rather than the glass half empty. This programme teaches you how to develop positivity.

Weight Loss

Our weight loss programme is not about fad diets or empty promises. Our programme has been proven to help not just to attain but also to maintain a healthy weight. Our dietitians will be on hand to help you understand the triggers behind weight gain and help you take control of your eating habits.

Eat For A Healthy Living

Healthy eating is not just about putting strict limitations in place. It’s about feeling good, having more energy and taking a different, more positive outlook on life. Our dietitian will be on hand to offer tips and advice on how to get the most out of and change your relationship with food and make it healthier for both mind and body.

Improve Financial Wellbeing

Most of us are not taking charge of our financial wellness and making a plan beyond the next pay check. In this programme our Financial advisor will help you understand your financial habits, categorize your financial goals and put a plan into action which will help you provide for you and your families future.

Start To Exercise

We all know and understand the importance of getting more exercise. But it’s not enough to just be aware of this – you need an exercise plan and to stick to it. Our Fitness expert will give you all the tools and motivation you need if you are a beginner or just want to exercise more.

Reduce Stress

We all know about the benefits of reducing our stress and yet many of us are more stressed out than ever before. In this programme, our counselling psychologist will teach you not only how to recognise stress, but to know a life without it. We can help bring more focus to your mind and unlock your true potential

Becoming More Mindful

Mindfulness teaches us to direct our attention to what is happening right here, right now, with an attitude of kindness towards ourselves and our experience. In this programme, our psychologist and counsellor can help you bring your focus to the here and now which can have a profound effect on how we live our lives, as well on our mental and emotional health.



In this programme we will be discussing some of the parental difficulties you may be dealing with, which may be affecting your ability to cope with life’s stressors. We will talk about the challenges of raising children, of all ages, focussing on the child’s development (social, emotional, and psychological) as well as external supports or other aspects of the child’s individual needs.  


Tossing and turning all night is never fun. This programme is all about helping you to get better sleep tonight—so you can wake up on the right side of the bed in the morning. Your daily habits and bedtime routines are what determines your sleeping patterns once you close your eyes. This course will teach you the best practice in your lead up to bedtime which you can make an everyday part of your routine.
