What You Will learn in today's video
- Today in part 1, we will discuss the journey to work and how you can use this time to prepare yourself for the day ahead and maximise your potential throughout without being distracted or losing focus.
- In part 2, we will talk about how to identify your stressors and how and when to apply the exercises such as the breathing task from Monday's video.
- In the third part of today's video, we will take a look at the journey home from work and how you can use this time to let go of all the stressors and distractions which you may have experienced during the day allowing you to leave whats behind you, behind you.
Richard is a Counselling Psychologist and a current graduate member of the PSI (Psychological Society of Ireland). Richard attained his undergraduate degree in Psychology and Philosophy from University Limerick, subsequently completing a Masters degree in Applied Psychology and recently attained a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology from Trinity College Dublin. Richard’s specialist experience is in the area of mental health promotion, specifically through the platform of mindfulness based interventions and training.
