This is a 4 hour workshop focused on motivating and inspiring employees to develop a happier and more efficient life.

 

This is based on mindfulness techniques but not just about Mindfulness. This is a light and engaging workshop focused on inspiring participants to make the changes needed for an optimization in performance, social relations and well-being.

 

Programme Structure:

4 Hour Seminar to get participants to learn the skills to make the changes needed for an optimization in performance, social relations and well-being.

Number Of Participants:
Groups are not limited. If the client requires sign up, this will be closed one week prior to event and issued 3 weeks in advance.

Expected Results & Measurement:

No objective results can be expected.

We will report on:

  • We will attempt to track and report on the numbers of employees who attend
  • We will report on interaction with the attendees and types of questions asked.
