Strengthening for Core stability


This webinar aims to make you more aware of the role your core muscles play, and the importance they hold for optimal functioning. Whether for sport or carrying daily task, our core stability plays a part of every aspect of our physical lives, yet we tend to neglect them in favour of training our more visible muscles. This topic provides simple and easy ways to be more mindful of your core in everyday life and practical exercises and techniques to strengthen and maintain core stability.
