First, choose a service to have onsite for the day. We will provide all marketing material to you 3 weeks prior to maximise attendance. We will send a sign link to you to allocate appointment times to interested employees appropriate time slots.
We’ll provide our wellness expert with the full day schedule beforehand, so that we start appointments on time. All you need to do is set up a private room onsite where appointments can take place and then let our experts get to work!

Having an on-site info stand is a useful and informal way to provide employees with information on useful topics ranging from Fitness, Nutrition, Psychology, EAP services, Physiotherapy or even Finance.
We will have our wellness experts on hand providing hand-outs and answering questions on whatever topic has been booked.
