Fitness is a way of life. Fitness is not just an isolated exercise programme. Here at Thrive health & wellness we offer a comprehensive range of running, group & education programmes that link together to help your team adopt exercise as part of their long term every day routine.

The aims of our fitness wellness programmes are to:

That's why we are focused on the small details. Our communications team are focused on making sure we get great sign up. Our running programmes have been designed by an Irish Olympian. Our running coaches are specifically trained in motivation skills. Our running coaches are focused on running technique to help participants avoid unnecessary injuries. Our performance nutritionists really understand the correlation between nutrition & exercise. Our fully trained fitness instructors are dedicated to achieving result driven classes or workouts so that your team members see immediate benefits. However, our message is always about to keep going with the new habits long after an individual programme has finished.
